WOTC
Even with increased turnover, they'll be earning tax credits on the employees from the moment they start. This allows the employer to offset hiring expenses and increase the amount they pay staff if they choose. An estimated 7.5 million Americans will lose their unemployment benefits on September 6th. They will need jobs, and your community will be hiring them. The question is, will we be capturing WOTC and other tax credits for them when they do?
COVID ERC
Are you having trouble finding new staff and keeping existing staff? Struggling to motivate staff to want to work and keeping up with rising salary expectations? Could you use more cash flow? The answer to at least one of these questions should be YES! And, the solution to their problem is Employee Retention Credit. ERC is designed to encourage businesses to keep employees on their payroll. The refundable tax credit is 50 percent of up to $10,000 in wages paid by an eligible employer whose business has been financially impacted by COVID-19.
To help businesses take advantage of this program, we screen each employee employers previously HAD in 2021, as well as the employees they currently HAVE in 2022, and can capture up to $26,000 per employee. For a 30 person company, that's almost a million bucks — money that can be used to offset a lot of hardship. ERC counteracts a lot of rising salary costs, and it can help save existing positions, buy new equipment, prepare for hybrid work environments, expand business, or simply help keep the lights on. Either way, ERC is a credit that every company should be taking advantage of.
Cost Segregation
Besides buying a winning lottery ticket, there is no quicker cash flow than cost segregation for any business that owns commercial property. And, even then, I think the lottery commission takes longer to payout. Cost segregation is a tax deferral strategy that allows companies and individuals who have constructed, purchased, expanded or remodeled any kind of real estate investment to increase cash flow by accelerating depreciation deductions and deferring federal and state income taxes. Commercial property owners can go up to TWENTY YEARS in the past, and FORTY YEARS into the future, pulling money into the time they need it most. RIGHT NOW! What would you do with an extra few hundred thousand dollars right now?
Property Tax Mitigation
With the mass reduction in office space in cities across the United States, companies are dramatically overpaying for their property taxes. And, since every dollar counts right now towards the survival of the average business owners, a 15 percent reduction in their property taxes is a welcome relief.
R&D Tax Credit
If you are in manufacturing, agriculture, start-ups, fabricators, IT developers, engineers — the list goes on and on — R&D tax credit has been around for decades, but it also makes sure you are capturing all of the new tax credits introduced during the pandemic. Our two-phase credit card approach to expense reduction is unparalleled in the payments industry. We correct the processing plan to reflect the most competitive plan type and rate, using formulated, specific insights of the existing provider. Our team then works with the client to further reduce the non-negotiable fees through processing optimization, where we can help qualify payment transactions at lower interchange rates by passing through additional processing data. Potential clients must annually process in excess of $300,000 in card payment volume. On average this process takes 30-60 days from receipt of all client documentation needed to process the lowering of fees.
Waste Audit Service Overview
Our waste audit service lowers our client’s monthly expenses for solid waste, medical waste, and recycling disposables by finding billing errors, overcharges and other cost reduction opportunities by evaluating invoices, service agreements, equipment, current service levels, and pricing structure.
